- Peel bittergourd and keep aside do not throw it's peel
- Take one tspn oil heat it add peel, saute,add saunf powder and all masalas mix it add some curd saute till dry. Filling is ready.
- Take kadai put oil, heat it and put all karela and add curd. Saute till dry the curd, yummy dahi karela is ready to eat with parantha.
- Take karela fry them. Remove and keep cool. After that fill the all karelas.
