- Make ready 1 1/2 cup murmura
- Make ready 3-4 garlic cloves sliced or chopped
- Make ready 1 small onion sliced
- Take 1/2 small capsicum sliced
- Make ready Handful sliced cabbage
- Take 2 tbsp soya sauce
- Get 2 tbsp chilli sauce
- Take 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- Get As required Salt
- Get 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- Make ready 1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
Steps to make Quick Chinese fry:
- Wash murmura under running water and keep aside for 5-10 mins. Chopped veggies and keep aside.
- Meanwhile heat oil in a skillet and add garlic while flame is low. Then add veggies and sauces.Mix well and add 1-2 tbsp of water and simmer for a while.
- Now add black pepper powder and sugar. Mix and simmer for a while.
- Now add washed murmura and mix well. Cook for more 2 mins on medium to high heat.
- Transfer into bowl and garnish with sliced cabbage.
- NOTE - For your kids you can add ready available Chinese dry masala for rice or noodles.
