Instructions to make carmel pecan cheesecake :):
  1. first you get your grahm crakers this is going to be the crust. now your going to need to finley crush about 14 crackers, what i do sometimes is put them in a bag and crush them with a can.
  2. then pour them into a big bowl after they have been crushed then melt about 3 sticks of butter, after down melting add butter to the crackers then mix. if you think you need more go ahead and add more butter. you just need enough butter to where the crackers can stick together.
  3. now pat down the crackers to the bottem of the pan of your choosing. its time to get another big bowl :). add three eggs to the bowl stir lightly, then add suger ( it's really up to uou how much sugar you add weather you want it sweeter or not) i prefer to use about 2 1/2 cups of sugar.
  4. now you add the cream cheese into the bowl, add about 16 onces of cream cheese you may add more if you want. now here come the hard part you needa mix all those three things together very well
  5. when done stick in the oven at about 420 i usually check on the cake every ten minuets make sure the middle is cooked all the way before you eat
  6. after the cake is completly done cooking take out of the oven and let cool. when it is cool your going to first add your carmel topping( i usually find mine near the ice cream in the store) when you have added the amount of carmel you want you are then going to put the crusshed pecans on top just add how much you want :) then when done just pop it in the frigde for awile then enjoy :)
