  2. These are very fine asparagus so they don’t need much blanching. Once the pan has come to the simmer throw in the Asparagus for 2 minutes, then lift out and plunge into the cold water, so they don’t over cook.
  3. Leave for a minute to cool.
  4. Use a baking tin or shallow casserole dish, lightly coat with a layer of light olive oil.
  5. Careful take out the Parma ham. Take three spears of Asparagus and wrap along.
  6. Keeping it fairly tight together.
  7. Place in the tray and lightly coat with oil. Repeat 5 times.
  8. Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until the ham has gone nice and crispy.
  9. Lift out the oven and serve! Enjoy 😊
