  15. Prepare 5 tsp Tony Chacheres

I added paprika, extra worsteshire, red pepper flakes, seasoning salt and a healthy. In frying pan, heat olive oil. Add chili powder and sauté until caramelized. Shrimp Creole has always been a mainstay in our southern family.

  4. Stir in the tomatos, water, bay leaves, paprika, cayenne, and salt, bring to boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low cover partly and simmer for apx. 25 min.s untill thick. Add shrimp simmer apx. 5 more min.s
  5. Stir in cornstarch and water, cook over low heat for 2 or 3 more min.s till sauce thickens a little pull bay leaves out taste for seasoning adjust, serve over rice with a little green onion on top
  6. Add stir in Tony's to taste
  7. I know some dont like this or that but try it before changing anything!
  8. Setve over hot rice with some fresh chopped green onlons as garnish, Enjoy love Daddy!

I will have to say that adding the bacon to the mix is what really turns this dish into a gourmet crowd pleaser! Also, we were lavish with the cayenne pepper.
