- Now make some small balls out of this mixture & shallow fry them into 1.5 tbsp of hot oil.
- When the balls turn out golden brown in colour, remove them from the oil & keep them aside.
- Now dunk the chopped broccoli into boiling hot salted water just for a minute or two. Then remove the broccoli from hot water & rinse them with cold water.
- Heat 1/2 tbsp of oil into a pan & add the broccoli & the dices of the onion into the oil.
- Shallow fry them for 3-4 minutes. Then remove them from the oil & keep aside.
- Heat the remaining butter into a saucepan & add the flour into it.
- Cook the flour until a nutty aroma hit your nose.
- Now pour the milk gradually into a pan & stir continuously to prevent any lump formation.
- As soon as the sauce starts to thicken add the remaining cheese into the sauce & mix well.
- Add the salt & the remaining black pepper powder into the sauce and mix well.
- Now add the prawn balls, broccoli & onions and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Lastly add the fresh cream, the remaining oregano & chilli flakes and give everything a final gentle mix.
- Turn off the flame & the dish is ready to serve.
