- Preheat a pan, add oil and heat it. To it add ginger paste and chopped green chilli and saute for few seconds on low flame.

- Add boiled and mashed potato, salt, mango powder. Mast them and cook for 1 minute.
- Add coriander leaves, garam masala and red chilli powder. Mix well. Masala is ready.
- Take 3 slices of bread and remove the corners of bread. Flatten the bread slices using rolling pin.
- Mix 1 tsp of ketchup with mix herbs and apply on a bread slice and place other slice over it
- Spread 1 tsp of masala stuffing over it. Place another bread slice over it.
- Spread 1 tsp of coriander chutney over it
- With the help of foil to wrap the pinwheel. Lift the end of foil paper and roll the wrap
- Seal the wrap. Prepare the other pinwheel in the same manner. Refrigerate the wrap for 30 minutes to set.
- After 30 minutes, remove the foil and chop the pinwheel in small size.
- Preheat a non stick pan and add butter over it.
- Place the pieces on the pan and cook them for 2-3 minutes on low flame
- Flip and cook on other side for 2-3 minutes
