  4. Put my pot on fire….got it a bit hot then pored in my palm oil and groundnut oil allowed it to bleach properly before….added my onion allowed it cook a little while stirring then poured in my blended tomatoes
  5. Parboiled my rice…. washed it and let it seat in the sift
  6. Allowed it boil for 12mins then I poured in my smoked fish and prawn's n my blended crayfish allowed it to cook for 10 mins and added my naija pot Maggi… Knorr and salt….I always taste after adding maggi so as to help me know the quantity of salt I need
  7. Now poured in my rice to the Boiling sauce….added 3 cups of water n covered with a foil.. Allowed it cook for 15mins n added a little more water needed it softer….added half chopped onion into allowed the rice burn a little for a better smokey flavor………
