  3. Spread the dough thin using a rolling pin and place the aloo mixture on the dough and spread it evenly. Roll the dough in a cylindrical way with ur hands and slice it into small balls and then flatten it.
  4. Sauce: Soak 4-5 kashmiri chillies in water and then cook it. Cool it and place the cooked kashmiri chillied in the blender, add 5-6 garlic pods, 1 tsp sugar, salt, vinegar and tomato ketchup and grind well to form a paste. If it is thick, add the boiled water which was used for cooking the kashmiri chillies.
