  3. Cover the saucepan and simmer over low flame and stir occasionally till thr juices if pineapple reduces and caramalizes.
  4. Add sugar and blend in. A noticeable quantity of water will release due to sugar which is normal and reduce this with lid covered till a sticky 2 string consistency reaches.
