Heat a large sauté pan over high heat and add a tablespoon of canola oil. Transfer the beans and vegetables to the pot with the orzo, add the lemon zest, lemon juice, basil, stir to combine, taste and check for seasoning balance. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and all the veggies with a little salt and pepper. You will want to deglaze the pan with chicken stock to pick up any flavor left over from the chicken.
