- Add half of mozzarella.
- Mix well, remove from heat and transfer to a bowl.
- Stuff this prepared mixture to the cored zucchinis.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella to the top.
- Preheat oven at 200 degree C.
- Bake them for about 20 minutes or till the top becomes light golden brown.9
