  4. (For yogurt salad) Take a small bowl add curd, potato cubes,tomato, onion, cucumber, salt, blackpepper mix well ready.
  5. (For brown Rice) Take a nonstickpan or pressure cooker add 1/2 tbsp olive oil, cumin seeds fry for a second add onion saute for a minute add salt, coriander powder, redchili powder add chopped coriander leaves add washed brown rice add 2 cup of water mix well cook for 3 whistle Ready.
  6. Then platting with cucumber serve.
  7. Enjoy vegan platter.
