- Cook pasta till al dente with little bit oil and salt in the water or according to packet instructions.Strain the pasta and keep it aside.You can use any pasta.
- In a pan heat olive oil and add the mixed frozen veggies.saute them for 2 mins only.
- Mix all the dry spices, herbs and sauces in a bowl.
- In a mixing bowl add pasta add mix veggies.
- Now add cucumber and tomato.
- Add the prepared sauce and toss everything.
- Sprinkle some sesamme seeds for garnishing.
- Keep the pasta for 10 mins in fridge covered and serve cold.
