- Wash assorted meat, stock fish, snail, chicken and set aside; wash and blend pepper set aside, blend achi and crayfish in a miller and set it aside
- Pick ugu, uziza and okazi leaf, wash separately, slice and set aside
- Heat up assorted meat and stock fish, spice with knorr cube, salt and pepper and allow it cook; once its getting tender add cow leg, kpomo, snail and chicken and cover the pot
- Once all the proteins are tender, add blended achi and crayfish, then stir in palm oil cook for another 5minutes
- Taste to adjust salt or seasoning or add water if the soup is very thick cos of your achi; then add uziza leaf first, after 2 minutes, add ugu leaf, after a minute add okazi leaf stir and immediately remove from heat
- Serve with akpu aka fufu, eba or poundo but the main meal for ofe owere is akpu
