  3. Add chicken broth to squash until it covers the squash halfway. Simmer, covered, on med-Lo until tender, 10-15 minutes.

  5. Once the squash is tender, the chicken broth should be mostly gone. (If its not, drain some out.) Add sausage. Serve.
