  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Put the onion and mushrooms, then fry them until the onion becomes translucent. Then add natto, white wine, and chicken consommé powder. Keep frying for another few minutes.
  5. When the spaghetti is ready, put it into the frying pan, and mix them with butter. Add black pepper and salt.
  6. Serve with parsley.
  7. Natto and cheese are good friends. Add some parmesan cheese if you like.

If you use tubed of butter, it combines well with the pasta and is easier handle. You could also switch the soy sauce with mentsuyu. Garnishing with finely chopped scallions would also be okay. Cook spaghetti "halfway" (not fully cooked). Empty into colander and set aside.
