  17. Take 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  19. Make ready 200 gm noodles
  20. Prepare 1 cup Cabbage(julienne)
  21. Get 1/2 cup carrot(julienne)
  22. Make ready 1/2 cup Capsicum (julienne)
  23. Take 1/4 cup Sesame oil
  24. Take 1/4 Cup Green onion white part(julienne)
  25. Make ready 2 tbsp Olive oil
  26. Prepare 1 tbsp Garlic(finely chopped)

Vegetables - celery, cabbage, matchstick carrots, garlic, green onions, ginger. Seasonings - low-sodium soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar. Chicken breasts - chicken thighs will work great too, just a cook a few minutes longer. Drain, then rinse under cold running water and drain again.

Steps to make Chicken Chow Mein:
  1. Boil Noodles: - Cook the chow mien noodles according to manufacturer's direction. After boiled the noodle wash it with cool water and add sesame oil.
  2. Chow mein Sauce: - In bowl,add oyster sauce,soy sauce,black pepper powder,white pepper powder,Chilli sauce,Worcestershire sauce,red chilli flakes, vinegar and mix well.Chow Mein sauce is ready.
  3. Chicken Marination: - In a bowl add chicken, oyster sauce soy sauce black pepper,white pepper powder and mix well.Set it aside to marinate.
  4. In a Hot wok add cold sesame oil and saute the chicken till chicken tender.
  5. In a fry pan add garlic and all vegetable( except green onions_ and stir fry for a min.then add in a chicken and mix well for 2-3 mins.
  6. Add the noodles in. Season with chow main sauce, salt,green onion and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
  7. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
