- Prepare ½ teaspoon Pepper Szechuan (Ground)
- Prepare “ Spray2Cook ” (a word used to describe any low-cal. non-stick cook’s oil spray)
How to make Chicken Stir Fry. Stir fry chicken: Start by sautéing chicken in a large skillet. Take out of the pan and set aside. Stir fry vegetables: Take out of the pan and add the vegetables.
