  6. You can serve this Pkantain pudding with Ogi, custard or oats… - The colour is usually.dark, but am guessing since I dried and made my Unriped Plantatin flour myself, it came out light yellow… - Also because it wasn't cooked with palm oil and in moin moin leaves, the colour is so.lovely.
