- Stir for about 30 seconds and then add the meat stock. If the meat stock is not enough, then you can add some water
- Add the local chicken, dry fish, kpomo, pepper, salt ro taste and seasoning cubes. Stir well and then cover the pot
- Keep checking and stiring to ensure it doesn't get burnt.
- Once the soup is well cooked, add the sliced oziza leaves, stir and allow it cook for another 30 seconds and then your ogbono soup with local chicken is ready.
