- Take medium potatoes diced

- Add green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Saute till raw smell goes away.
- Add potatoes and saute.
- Now add the carrot and saute for few minutes with some salt and the spices.
- Add washed rice and water. Check for seasoning. Squeeze the lemon.
- Wait for a rolling boil. Cover and Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
- Open and fluff the rice.
- Serve as you desire.
