  1. Wash, peel and grate all carrots. Keep aside.

  3. Soak the rice for 15 minutes.
  4. Add green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Saute till raw smell goes away.
  5. Add potatoes and saute.
  6. Now add the carrot and saute for few minutes with some salt and the spices.
  7. Add washed rice and water. Check for seasoning. Squeeze the lemon.
  8. Wait for a rolling boil. Cover and Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
  9. Open and fluff the rice.
  10. Serve as you desire.
