- Mix salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and Coriander powder into the same pot. Fry them all for sometime till they turn soft. amd Now pour half a cup water and let the veggies cook for couple of minutes.(this would make the veggies soft which my baby personally likes)
- Once done add rice and cup more water and give 3 to 4 vessels for the rice to cook. Dish is ready to be served. I usually add ghee to the dish for flavour.
