Stir in penne and serve up hot. When the pasta is cooked (it should be al dente) roughly chop the basil and throw it into the saucepan. Stir everything together and season to perfection with extra salt and pepper. Serve with shavings of vegan parmesan.

Steps to make Arrabiatta pasta(Vegan Pasta):
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add oil, garlic, and onion. Cook until onions are translucent and garlic is fragrant for a couple minutes.
  2. Add diced tomatoes tomato sauce, basil and spicy Italian herb mix. Add in the pasta and water. Stir to combine and make sure pasta is submerged in liquid.
  3. Cook for for 5-8 minutes. Cover it with lid.
  4. Keep Stirring if required. Once done Switch off the heat.
  5. Serve with dip or sauce of your choice.
