Steps to make Stuffed Green Capsicum Recipe:
  1. First of all remove the inner part/seeds of the capsicum and keep it ready.
  2. In a pan take oil heat up. Add onion and fry until color change to golden brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and when it start smell add Mutton Mince and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Now add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, and mix it. Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Now add tomatoes, chopped green chillies, black pepper and cover these under Mutton Mince and Cook till tomatoes become soft.
  6. Now mix mix it and again cook it. Take out half mince and put aside. And cook the remaining mince for 10 minutes. Check if mince is ready turn off the flame.
  7. Now cut of the top of the capsicum and remove the seeds. Stuffed green capsicum with mince and put aside.
  8. In the pot add the remaining half cooked Mutton Mince add water and heat up. Place the stuffed capsicum in it. Cover it and Cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
  9. Now delicious stuffed capsicum is ready dish out in plate. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and red chillies and serve it 😋.
