  16. Prepare Lightly Rinse/clean oyster mushrooms and cut off bottom stems that seems ruff (if preferred)
  17. Take Season with sea salt, onion powder and cayenne pepper
  18. Take Lightly coat mushrooms with spelt flour (use ziplock bag to fill with flour and put in seasoned mushrooms in bag and shake)
  19. Get Coat bottom skillet or frying pan with grape seed oil and place mushrooms separately in heated skillet. Turning them when browned
  20. Take Place them on paper towel to remove excess oil and enjoy!
