- Take 150 gms Noodles. Boil 8-10 cups of water in a large pan. Add few drops of oil to the water. When the water reaches boiling point, drop the noodles and boil for only 2-3 minutes. The noodles should be cooked partially.
- Drain the noodles and wash under running water. Spread on a flat surface and toss in 1 teaspoon oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.

- Now add the cooked and drained noodles.
- Add the sauce mix to the noodles and toss everything well to coat the chicken, veggies and noodles well.
- Now add the salt, pepper powder and chilly flakes. Add the stir fried eggs and give it a good mix.
- Chicken/Eggs/Veg Noodles Stir Fry is ready to serve.
Push the chicken on one side and add in the egg. Scramble the egg and mix with chicken. Transfer the chicken and egg into a bowl. Add chicken and toss over high heat until golden. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for two-three minutes more over medium-high heat, stirring continuously for even cooking.
