- In abowl take besan add dry masala mix well and add 3 cup water and keep aside for 5 minutes And chop the onion green chilli and keep aside
- In a kadai add oil and heat it then add jeers, mustard seeds FRI for few seconds then add Hing and onion and ginger garlic and fry for 1 minutes then add besan mixture mix continuously.
- Pitla comes boil then add salt to taste and stare continuously and cook for 10 minutes in a medium flame at last the oil will relieves in the kadai and then of the flame and add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
- Pitla recipe is ready. serve with lachha paratha yah Bajre Ki Roti.
