  14. Take 1/3 cup olive oil

  10. Stir and continue to cook on medium heat
  11. Added seasoning and stir
  12. Add the cheese and stir till melted
  13. Add flour and stir until thick ( note the flour helps thicken the mixture)
  14. Take off stove and pour mixture in a bowl and let cool a little ( the mixture will be thick)
  15. Take samboosa leaves and fold and put mixture in it and then fold some more till it forms a triangle
  16. Then dip your fingers in olive oil and rub all sides of the triangle samboosa with the olive oil.
  17. Then put them in an air fryer set on 200°F Celsius for only 5 minutes. (Note the air fryer makes it so golden Krispy yummy and it is fast and easy clean up)
  18. If you do not have an air fryer then you can fry them in oil on top of the stove until golden brown or you can bake them in the oven till golden brown in 200°F Celsius

Seal using the help of the flour and water mix. Fry all the sealed samboosa's in a pan with deep hot vegetable oil until golden yellow. Using a strainer, drip out the water from the samboosa.
