  1. For yellow colour - Heat 1 teaspoon oil and add 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds and let it splutter. Add 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger and add 1/2 chopped green chilli and chopped onion and saute for one minute.
  2. Add turmeric powder and mashed potatoes, salt, red chilli powder and saute for one minute. Remove it in a bowl.
  3. For green colour - Take one cup peas and coarsely grind it in a mixer jar. - Add this ground pea in the pan and add chopped onion, grated ginger and chopped green chilli and salt, red chilli powder and chat masala and saute till all water evaporates. - Remove it in a bowl.
  4. For white colour - Take 1 cup grated paneer and add salt, black pepper and chat masala and mix well.
  5. Assembling: - First, take a small portion of peas masala and cover it paneer mixture and then cover it with potato mixture. - Trim the edges of bread slices. - Take 1 cup water in a bowl.
  6. Dip 2 bread slices and press bread slices between your palms so that excess water is drained. - Make sure the bread stays intact and does not break. So press gently. - Place stuffing on that and cover it with another 2 bread slices.
