- Pour mustard oil in pan. Put the perboiled potato cubes for frying.
- Add the Moong Dal. Toss them.
- Add the Lauki shreds.
- Add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 Tsp Cumin Powder.
- Mix everything. Put 1 green chilli.
- Cover with a lid and cook in medium flame. Then toss again. Sprinkle 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking.
