Instructions to make Matar Paneer Mirchi Salan:
  1. Deep fry the Paneer pieces into hot oil and then keep in normal water… otherwise Paneer pieces will be hard
  2. Make a paste of Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, kitchen king Masala, garam masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder with the help of water…keep a side
  3. Take 1/4 cup of oil in a kadhai and add Mustard seeds & Crushed Whole spices….stir for 1 minute
  4. Now add spice's paste and then add Peas… cover the kadhai and cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame…..
  5. Now add Cashew powder, decicated Coconut and mirch pieces…cook for 5 minutes on low flame
  6. Now add yogurt and tomato puree… Stir continue for 5 minutes on low-medium flame…
  7. Now add some water and salt…. simmer for 5 minutes on low flame…add Paneer and again simmer for 2 minutes…. garnish with Chopped Coriander and beaten yogurt…. Serve with chapaati or naan or poori
