- In a medium mixing bowl put all pakudas ingredients and add some little water mix it properly
- Now take a medium size portion then drop in hot oil and deep frying until becomes crispy and golden brown colour on medium to high heat.
- Now transfer then kitchen tissue paper keep it aside. Make these process all fritters.
- Next heat the wok with 3tbsp mustard oil add all tempering ingredients stir it 1 to 2 min.
