  2. Add oil
  3. Heat it.add cummin seeds and bay leaf saute add all whole garam masala

  5. Add ggg paste thar is ginger garlic green chilli paste saute
  6. Add all veggies one by one saute add tomatoes
  7. Add salt and kitchen king masala
  8. Mix cover and cook till veggies are half cook
  9. Add required amount of water let it boil
  10. Now add Rice little salt mix and cook on medium flame
  11. Till Rice are nicely cooked.off the gas.keep it covered fir 10mts
  12. For raita beat the curd
  13. Add chaat masala and gratted beetroot.mix nicely
  14. Transfer the raita in serving bowl garnish with fried kaju
