  11. Get 3 stick Green onion, sliced

  14. Prepare 1 tbsp Ground cumin
  15. Make ready 1 tbsp Ground coriander

Vegetables - celery, cabbage, matchstick carrots, garlic, green onions, ginger. Seasonings - low-sodium soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar. Chicken breasts - chicken thighs will work great too, just a cook a few minutes longer. Drain, then rinse under cold running water and drain again.

  8. Add sauces and spices. Stir well.
  9. Add cabbage and stir fry for a further 3 minutes, stirring all the while.
  10. When you are happy that veggies are cooked to your liking, return the cooked chicken- onion- noodles. Stir well and serve.
