  1. Dry roast the Dal in pan.
  2. Chop the beans into slices. Cut the papaya into cubes. Put the chopped veggies in the pressure cooker. Add the Dal after washing throughly. Add 1 tsp Turmeric powder and salt to taste. Cook for 1 whistle. Let the Dal in cooker for few minutes more after the whistle.
  3. Put ghee in pan. Temper the ghee with Paanchphoron.
  4. Put the Dal in pan. Add 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder in the same. Cook for few minutes and then finish cooking. Serve with hot rice or roti.
