- First Heat a KadHai add dry nuts and roast it then transfer it to a mixing Jar add blend it.
- Now in the same Kadai add mashed potatoes and saute till a sweet flavour comes then add sugar,khoya and mix it well, then add desiccated coconut, blended dry nuts,and saute then add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and saute continuously till the mixture gets dried and have Ladoo consistency.
- Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool a bit.
- Then make ladoos on your palms and coat them with desiccated coconut.
- It's ready to serve.
