  19. Prepare 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder

Steps to make Soyabean ki hot spicy dal:
  1. In a blender jar add cumin, coriander seeds, coriander leaves, whole dry red chilli, garlic, ginger, cloves, black cardamom, green cardamom, javitri and some little water now blend it make a paste now keep it a side
  2. Heat the cooker with mustard oil then add bayleaf, pinch asafoetida then add onion saute until it becomes translucent
  3. Now add prepared paste and tomatoes, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder to taste salt stir and mix it properly on lower flame
  4. When spices separates till it oil then add dal as required water now pressure cook up to 2 whistles now turn on the lower flame again cook for 1o min
  5. Now reduce the flame when let it cool completely then open the lid add meet masala powder and chopped fresh coriander leaves mix it well
  6. Now it is ready for serving
