Method for Kari Pakora: To make Kari take yogurt in a pot and add water, gram flour and turmeric and grind it. Now in a pot take the grinded paste and add salt, red pepper powder, cumin powder. Kari pakora is known as a famous Pakistani food. Ajzaa: Dahi: Adha kilo (dahi ko khatta karne ke liye do leemu ka rus mila den).

- First add onion in a pan and make the soft add garlic paste when both becomes light brown add some water now add spice like red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, then add ginger paste, tomato and gree chillies.
- When the masala is ready make labban (lassi) with yogurt and add in maslah. Add 4 jug of water in lassi. If you feel it thick you can add it more water. Add meethi in it and cook it well for 2 to 3 hours on medium flame.
- When it cook well add imli water as per taste of khatai. Then turn off the flame.
- Now make the better of pakoras including above all ingredients and take it rest for 15 minutes. Then make pakoras.
- Now make tarka in the same oil in which you made pakoras. Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chillies. When it become lightly golden add it in kari garnish it with coriander leaves now the kari pakora is ready.
