- Wash and Soak dal & rice 6 hours and remove water and add chilli and ginger and grind

- After 10 min fry the vada till golden brown colour on low to medium flame
- After frying soak the vade for ½ hours
- After ½ hour change the water
- Whisk curd and add sugar and salt. serve vada
