  3. Cut the cheese into small pieces. 1/4" by 1/4" should be good. Not to thick.
  4. Add butter and melt in a frying pan.
  5. Add eggs to frying pan.
  6. Add prosciutto to one side of omelet. Pull it apart to small pieces and layer.
  7. Apply pepper to other side of omelet.
  8. Wait until omelet is about half done and add the asparagus, red pepper and cheese to the side with the pepper.
  9. Wait until the egg is almost all cooked and flip one side on top of the other to create the fold.
  10. Cook for two min more to melt everything real nice.
  11. Flip on to the plate and enjoy!
