Instructions to make Dhaba Style Paneer Masala:
  1. Cut Paneer into equal size cubes. Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder and pinch of kitchen king masala. Add 1 tbsp of water to it and mix Paneer in masala. Marinate it for 10 minutes.
  2. Grind onion to a paste in mixture. Grind tomatoes into coarse paste.
  3. In a pan add oil. Add cumin seeds. Add whole red chilli and bay leaf. Now add minced onion paste and sauteed it on slow medium flame until cooked. Add gr Now add ginger garlic paste and dry masalas. Roast it again. Add kasuri methi powdered manually.add chopped coriander. Now add tomato coarse puree. Saute it until oil released.
  4. In a pan add ghee and marinated Paneer. Saute it just for 2 minutes.
  5. Add this Paneer to cooked gravy. Saute and mixed gently. Now add 1/2 cup of water to it and cook it until thick gravy.
  6. Dhaba Style Paneer masala is ready to serve. Enjoy with Naan or paratha..
