- Firstly wash the lentil twice and put in it pressure cooker add as required water, turmeric powder (reserve 1/2 tsp)along with salt (adjust to taste), cinnamon stick now pressure cook up until becomes tender on medium heat.
- Let it cool down completely open the lid and mash the lentil against the side of the cooker keep it aside.
- Heat the frying pan put butter add cumin, ginger, green chili, garlic saute it few minutes on medium flame.
- Add onion saute till it becomes change nice brown in colour.
- Add tomatoes, kitchen king meat masala powder, garam masala pwd, remaining turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, some salt, mix it properly with spatula. On low heat.
- When spices until becomes smashy and tender add cooked dal mix it properly.
- Simmer it for 3 to 4 min on low heat.
- Lastly add some chopped coriander leaves.
- Now turn off the flame and serve hot with naan or chapati.
