The ingredients needed to make Fried rice:
  1. Prepare 2 cups Rice -
  2. Get Chicken (1 cup) boneless
  3. Get 1 cup Carrot (crushed)
  4. Get 1 cup Cabbage
  5. Take 1 cup capsicum(cut in long slices)
  6. Take 1 Egg
  7. Prepare 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  8. Prepare 2 tablespoons chilli sauce
  9. Take 1 tablespoon vinegar
  10. Make ready 2 tablespoon Black pepper
  11. Prepare Salt (according to taste)
Steps to make Fried rice:
  1. Fry chicken pieces in 3-4 tablespoon oil
  2. Add capsicum, mix them.After some time add chilli sauce, soy sauce,black pepper, salt and vinegar. Give them a good mix and cover the pan
  3. After 5-6 mins add cabbage and carrots… if u want to add peas you can add boiled peas. Give it a good mix on high flame. Keep mixing it until all the equipments are mixed. Add cooked egg and turn off the flame.
  4. Now boil the rice and add the cooked vegetable and mix them….
  5. Your tasty fried rice are ready 😍
