- Combine 1 chopped onion and tomato in a bowl
- Add all the seasonings, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well
- Top a toasted slice of bread with a spoonful of mix to finish
- For caprese Bruschetta:
- Add a spoonful of classic Bruschetta mix on a toast and top with some cheese
- Microwave till the cheese melts and it’s ready
