- First soak Chana 3hour then boil it as tender strain.
- Make paste of onion in juicer add 1/4cup water and add in hot oil.to fry.
- Now stir until colour changes and add green chilli, lehsan adrak paste.in it golden ho.
- Add all masala and bhonofy it add garam masala then
- Then add dahi I use homemade.
- Then bhonofy 1/4tsp soda dal kar then stir add Chana boiled and again continues stir it and add half glass water as to your choice to make gravy and on full flame after one boil make low flame all oil will appear on it your white Chana is ready. To serve
