- Prepare 500 gms Cauliflower
- Take 4 Onion
- Get 4 Tomatoes
- Take 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Make ready 100 gms Curd
- Make ready 11/2 Tsp Salt
- Take 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- Make ready 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- Make ready 1 Tsp Kasoori methi
- Get 1/2 Tsp Kitchen king masala
- Take 1 Tsp Coriander powder
- Get leaves Coriander
- Prepare 1 Bay leave
- Prepare 2 Whole red chillies
- Prepare 4 Tbsp Oil
Instructions to make Masala Gobhi:
- You can make whole cauliflower or break in big florets. Par boil cauliflower. Take a big vessel. Add 1 Tsp Salt and 1/2 Tsp turmeric powder. Boil water. Put cauliflower in it. Boil it till it's half done. Strain and keep aside.
- Take a wok. Add oil. Heat. Add bay leaves and whole red chillies. Now add chopped onion. Cook till onions change colour. Add ginger and garlic paste. Cook. Add all masalas. Cook. Add tomatoes. Cook till oil oozes out. Add curd. Mix properly.
- Now add cauliflower. Mix with masala. Cook on medium to low flame. Check. When it's done switch off flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
