  2. Prepare 3 cup Milk

  4. Get 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder

  6. Get 1 tbsp Almonds
  7. Get 1 tbsp Clarified butter
Instructions to make Carrot and jaggery kheer:
  1. Wash and grate the carrot.
  2. Heat one tbsp clarified butter in a pan
  3. Add grated carrot and saute for 3 - 4 mins and keep aside.
  4. Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
  5. Once boiled keep it in a low flame.
  6. Add grated and fried carrot.
  7. Stir occasionally,cook till thickening of the milk
  8. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  9. Add cashew nuts,raisins and almonds and mix well and turn off the flame.
  10. Once cooled add the crushed jaggery and mix well
  11. Garnish with almonds and serve.
