- Prepare 3 boiled eggs
- Take 2 onions finely chopped
- Prepare 1 tomato puree

- In a pan add oil let it heat, then add dash of turmeric, chilli powder then add half cut boiled eggs, fry them and keep aside.
- For gravy in a pan heat oil, add whole garam masala (1bay leaf, 2 green cardamom, 1 black cardamom, 4 black pepper, 1 clove, small cinnamon stick) saute well then add onion when it changes colour add ginger garlic paste saute then add tomato puree, salt cook till raw smell vanish then add mentioned dry masala powder saute.
- Add water as per consistency of curry once boils then add fried eggs sprinkle kasuri methi cook for few minutes and serve hot with roti or rice.
